About Daily Loafing
Dailyloafing is a food blog focused on simple, tested recipes for everyday cooking.

Meet the author
Theo Lindqvist
Theo bakes at five in the morning because anxiety wakes him anyway, and kneading is the one thing that makes his hands stop shaking. His first loaves were bricks and he cried over them. Now he scores a boule in the blue dark and feels, for an hour, completely at peace.
What you will find here
Daily Loafing is a bread blog for home bakers: sourdough, sandwich loaves, quick breads, and flatbreads, with the hydration, timing, and shaping details that make or break a loaf.
How recipes get made here
Every loaf is baked at least three times with grams, a thermometer, and supermarket flour, and photographed cut open so you can see the crumb you should expect. Schedules are written for people with jobs.
Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the site may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes what gets recommended.

Bread is a schedule as much as a recipe. Every loaf here comes with a timeline you can actually follow.
